I do my best to use paper-based packaging.


Returns and Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact me within 5 days of receipt and we can work something out.

I will happily refund the cost of an item after it has been returned in its original condition. Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Shipping

Email - Please provide your most current email address in case I need to contact you regarding any order issues.

Shipping address - Please make sure the shipping address is correct and complete to prevent any delay in shipment. Spiral Missives is not responsible for any packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

If you prefer another delivery method, please notify me prior to placing your order.

Please keep in mind that I have no control over shipping transit times. Please refer to the tracking information sent to you at the time of shipment. I recommend inquiring with your mail carrier, contacting your local post office, and visiting USPS.com for further information. I am not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

Domestic orders shipped via USPS First Class mail usually arrive 3-5 business days from shipment date. If you need your items by a certain date, contact me prior to placing your order to make sure that I have enough time to complete your order and upgrade shipping if needed.

At this time I am shipping only within the US.
